4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the VyapAI services. For example, you must not:

  • No illegal, abusive, or spam activity.
  • Respect opt‑in/opt‑out rules and message template guidelines.
  • No reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or misuse of rate limits.

5. Fees & billing

Fees are as described on the Pricing page. Taxes and channel costs (e.g., WhatsApp template fees) may apply. We may suspend service for overdue amounts.

6. Data & privacy

We process data to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service.

7. Availability & support

We aim for high availability and provide support according to your plan. We may perform maintenance and will minimize disruption.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with notice, or for cause upon material breach. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Bengaluru courts, subject to mandatory local laws.

11. Changes

Can I use VyapAI for commercial purposes?
Yes, our services are designed for commercial business use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform to manage your business communications and workflows, provided you adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy.
What happens if I violate the Terms of Service?
Violations, such as sending spam or engaging in illegal activities via our agents, will result in immediate suspension of your account. In severe cases, we reserve the right to terminate your account permanently without refund and report activities to relevant authorities.
Who owns the data I put into VyapAI?
You retain full ownership of your customer data and business content. By using our service, you grant VyapAI a license to host, copy, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Are there age restrictions for using VyapAI?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to create an account and legally enter into this binding agreement. If you are accessing the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
